Colin D. Adams

Prior to accepting the role of Director of Operations, Colin D. Adams spent 16 years with the same investment firm.  He worked as a corporate trainer, a sales trainer, and a financial advisor.  In the last role, he managed $35MM in assets, helping hundreds of clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Colin celebrated his first wedding anniversary in 2013 by joining The Oak with his wife, Chandra.  Since that time, he has dedicated his time and talents in the roles of Finance Chair, Stewardship Ministry, Pastoral Search Ministry and the 2020 Vision Team.  He continues to dedicate his treasure as a consistent tither and giver.

Colin and Chandra have four children--three of whom can be seen participating in weekly youth ministry and sharing their tiny talents through recitals for holiday programs.  As a couple, the Adamses enjoy sharing their faith, and have welcomed over a dozen of their friends and family to become fellow Oak branches. They look forward to continuing their support of the mission and management of The Church of Oakland.
