24 And the waters prevailed on the earth 150 days.
8 But God dremembered Noah and all the beasts and all the livestock that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind blow over the earth, and the waters subsided.

2. Breathes a fresh wind on the earth signaling that GOD's Spirit does show up in dead and confusing places with the ordering power of GOD’s life.
3. Causes the flood waters to subside...they are not gone, rather, they have abated. It is a glimpse of a brighter future and a reminder that a better day is coming.
The storm is not done, the storm is passing over!
